Lean2Succeed was established in 2014 after observing numerous businesses transform and grow into multi-million successful  companies. 

With the pace at which the shaping took place, it left very little time for the fabric stitching.

Quite literally, old values, behaviours and ways of working changed almost overnight.  New resource emerged, with energy and determination. 

Strategy was at the top of about every business agenda.


Something got left behind.


With acquisitions, emerging new businesses and a new found global reach,

 there wasn't the space & time to stitch processes and systems together. 

With this, multiple cultures emerged, systems weren't linked, processes varied or were non-existent.

Having seen inside the operating model of of asignificant number of businesses, most of the work was getting done using excel.

So what's wrong with that I hear you say....

Well to start with, as soon as you take data out of a system or create your own data inside an excel sheet, you no longer have a single version of the truth.

Before you know it, the KPI's, Financials are no longer aligned, and this will impact your strategy.



None of this is bad, it shows energy and creativity.
